During this assessment, you’ll demonstrate your competence in various powerboat handling techniques, including:
Close-quarters maneuvering
High-speed handling
Man overboard recovery
Navigation and pilotage
Anchoring and mooring techniques
Safety procedures and awareness
Our experienced assessors will provide feedback on your performance and identify any areas that may need improvement before your instructor course.

Appropriate clothing for the weather conditions (layers recommended)
Waterproof jacket and trousers
Footwear that can get wet (old trainers or water shoes)
